Just thought I'd let anyone who still cares that I'm alive and back on Deviant Art! Sorry for the long absence!
Was way too busy with school, cars, and other crap. Having no camera did not help either.
But I could not stay away, so I bought myself a Canon XSi the other day. Hopefully I can take some decent photos.
I'm in law school now and renting an apartment near NYC, so public transportation is the answer for me =/ ; w/e spare time I have now will be directed at my photography hobby and not cars, it seems!

Working with the stock 18-55mm IS lens right now, but I got a good quality wide angle attachment for it, as well as macro (two piece set with the wide angle). Also decided to give the fish-eye lens a try, so I purchased a Zenitar M 2.8/16 Fish-Eye lens. Fraction of a cost of the Canon, or even Tamron alternatives and it still delivers amazing results. All manual, but it is not very difficult to work with at all. So expect some line bending photos soon!
